Kvass recipe

enterprise, for home made)

To prepare 5 liters of bread kvass, dilute in warm water (35°C-40°C) 8-10 tablespoons of kvass must concentrate, one glass of sugar (possible less), 5-7g. pressed (or dry) yeast, withstand at a temperature of 25°C-30°C for 18-20 hours. Let the finished kvass cool, drain from the sediment and store in a cool place.

Add 1 teaspoon of kvass wort concentrate to 1 cup of "Polotskaya-3" mineral water. Stir until completely dissolved. Use as a finished drink.
